Superior Concrete Materials, Inc. announced that its has acquired the assets of DuBrook Concrete, Inc. (“DuBrook”), in Chantilly, VA., located within the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
Dubrook manufactures and delivers ready-mixed concrete in the northern Virginia market through its three ready-mixed concrete batch plants and fleet of 42 mixer trucks. The addition of DuBrook significantly increases U.S. Concrete’s service footprint throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
